Section 191
Mutual legal assistance can be exchanged
In case any accused in a criminal case to be prosecuted, heard and disposed of in accordance with this code is abroad, if a warrant of arrest or warrant is to be issued in his name or if any evidence is to be taken or if any accused in a case under consideration in a foreign court is in Nepal. If it is necessary to file a warrant or arrest warrant in his name or to assist in understanding evidence, it should be done in accordance with the law on mutual legal assistance.
